I need some FREE programs, I dont think my programs are working. I have avast anti-virus… So, could you please give me some virus and spyware programs, that are free. And where to download them from would be helpful…

   well i use avg but you can use a great online Scanner on this website:
   malwarecity.com
   its scanner is based on the award winning anti-virus software called BitDefender.

   Well firstly, Avast is a great free virus scanner. I use it for myself too! But if you’re still concerned, try these:
